Tonight was the big cub scout Space Derby. You race rockets instead of cars. I cannot begin to tell you how blessed we are to have the Wolf Den Mother that we do. She is so amazing and puts so much into making the program an amazing success. Jordan loved this. Here are a few pictures of the rocket launches. Jordan's rocket was originally named by him "The Orange Jet Pack" but by the end of the night it was being called the "Orange Hot Dog" because it was so skinny.

We definitely missed Dave. My double elimination bracket skills have much room for improvement. Phillip was laughing afterward because Jordan wanted to line up in order of winner to loser for the picture. It's awesome your family is so darn skilled.
What a great idea! I will have to tell this one to my co-Den Mother (yay Webelos!). It looks like it was a ton of fun & I bet the boys were totally into making the rockets. Thanks!
