One of the requirements for cub scouts and the Faith in God program Jordan is working on is planning, cooking, setting the table, and cleaning up a family meal. So tonight Jordan served us chicken casserole, peas, and a yummy fruit salad. He did a great job and it reminded me of the times when I used to take my turn in my family cooking meals after I had gotten a little older. I thought "wow, this is going to be nice! If I have 3 more kids I won't have to cook one night of the week!" hahaha
