"That was wicked cool"

For Jordan's birthday we took 7 boys to the science center to participate in a Lego Mindstorm session and that is what one the kids said when he came out:)

The boys are put into teams and they pick out their attachment (shovel, scatterblade, etc. ) of their Lego Mindstorm (robot).



From there, they use a computer to program their creation to turn, move, & use the sensor to stay inside the white area on the table.

Then it is put to the test. The goal is to get rid of all of your "trash" and/or put it on to your opponents team board. After testing, comes the real competition although they did get one chance after the first round to go back to the programming if they wanted or needed to.
